These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WishraAI Communication Agent application, website, software, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Wishra Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and comply with all applicable laws, including local laws in the United States, India, and any other jurisdiction from which you access the Service.
WishraAI is an AI-assisted communication automation platform that may monitor incoming communications based on permissions you grant, generate AI-assisted responses, send automated SMS and notifications, provide voice-based communication assistance, screen incoming calls, and execute user-configured communication automation rules. The Service assists you and does not replace human judgment.
You are responsible for account confidentiality, protecting your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for lawful purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
By enabling automation features (auto-reply, call screening, low-battery alerts, etc.), you authorize the Service to send messages and communications on your behalf per your configuration, without additional confirmation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and monitoring your automation settings. Wishra Technologies LLC acts solely as a technology provider executing user-defined instructions.
You are solely responsible for all messages transmitted through the Service, recipients, content, and compliance with applicable laws. We do not determine who receives communications, when they are sent, or whether recipients have consented.
The Service may use AI technologies operated by us and third-party AI service providers to generate suggested or automated responses from content you choose to process. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before use. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, legality, or suitability of AI outputs.
The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or tax advice, emergency services, or professional consulting. Any information generated is for informational purposes only.
The Service is not intended for emergency communications. Do not rely on it for emergency services, medical emergencies, law enforcement, or time-sensitive safety situations.
You agree to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act (US), TRAI regulations and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), GDPR/ePrivacy (EU/UK), and other applicable consumer protection, carrier, and local telecommunications laws. You are solely responsible for obtaining required permissions and consent from recipients.
See the full permissions table on our Privacy Policy. Permissions are optional but may be required for certain features, and may be revoked at any time in device settings.
Not currently used by the Service. If enabled in a future version, access will be limited to user-requested functionality, never sold or used for advertising, and disclosed with advance notice.
Certain features may require a paid subscription that automatically renews and continues until cancelled, billed through Google Play Billing or other authorized providers. Pricing may change per applicable law. Refunds are governed by applicable law and Google Play policies.
The Service relies on third-party providers including AI service providers, Google Firebase, Google Play Billing, analytics, and cloud hosting providers. We are not responsible for third-party outages, content, policies, or security practices.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, limited, non-exclusive license to process, transmit, store, and display such content solely to operate and improve the Service.
The Service and all associated technologies — software, workflows, automation systems, AI orchestration methods, response classification systems, documentation, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and copyrights — are owned exclusively by Wishra Technologies LLC. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, scrape, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service, replicate its core functionality for a competing product, or use it to train competing AI systems, except where expressly permitted by applicable law. No license to our patents, algorithms, or trade secrets is granted.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@wishratech.com with your contact information, identification of the work and the allegedly infringing material, and a good-faith statement of unauthorized use. We may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers' accounts.
"WishraAI", "Wishra", "Wishra Communication Agent", "Wishra Technologies LLC", and associated logos and branding are owned by Wishra Technologies LLC or its licensors. No license to use them is granted without prior written permission.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, republish, scrape, resell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
Features designated Beta, Experimental, Preview, or Early Access may contain defects and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Use is at your own risk.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Wishra Technologies LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wishra Technologies LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us during the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wishra Technologies LLC from claims arising from your use of the Service, automated communications sent through it, or violations of law, these Terms, or third-party rights.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, cyberattacks, and third-party outages.
Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before formal proceedings. Where permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Either party may still seek injunctive relief for IP violations. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as part of any class, representative, or collective proceeding.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and equivalent laws elsewhere. Mandatory local rights prevail over conflicting provisions to the extent required by law.
You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws, and not to use the Service where prohibited by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory local consumer protection rights (including in India and the EU/UK) remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice, email, or website update. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any referenced policies, constitute the complete agreement between you and Wishra Technologies LLC regarding the Service.
