This page explains how to request deletion of your WishraAI account and associated data, what gets deleted, what may be retained, and how long the process takes. It applies to users worldwide, including the United States and India.

How to Request Deletion

To protect your account, we may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

What Gets Deleted

The following is held on our servers and is removed when your deletion request is processed:

• Your account profile — name, email address, and account identifier
• Subscription records — current plan, plan history, and renewal or expiry dates
• Device identifiers linked to your account, including those used for usage limits and for sending you notifications
• AI feature usage counters held against your account
• Other non-essential application data associated with your account

Once deleted, this information generally cannot be recovered.

What Is Stored Only on Your Device

The following never leaves your phone, so it is not part of a server-side deletion request. Uninstalling WishraAI removes all of it:

• Your response rules and custom response templates
• Contact group assignments
• Preferences, settings, and automation configuration
• The message and call history shown inside the app

What Is Not Stored by Us in the First Place

• Notification content — processed transiently for automation and generally not retained after processing.
• Voice audio — processed for the requested feature and not permanently stored.
• Device contacts — remain on your device; deleting your WishraAI account does not remove contacts stored on your phone.

What May Be Retained After Deletion

A limited set of records is kept after your account is deleted, for the periods below:

• Subscription and transaction records — up to 7 years. Retained to satisfy tax, accounting, and auditing obligations. These records cover what was purchased and when; they do not include your payment card details, which we never receive.
• Fraud, abuse, and security records — up to 24 months. Retained to investigate security incidents and to prevent repeat abuse of free trials and usage limits.
• Records under a legal hold — for as long as the obligation lasts. Where a law, court order, or government request requires us to preserve information, we retain it until that requirement ends.

Retained information is limited to the minimum necessary for the purpose stated, is not used to re-identify you as a user, and is deleted once the applicable period expires.

Third-Party Services

Deleting your WishraAI account does not automatically delete information held by third-party providers such as Google Play Billing, your Google Account, or Google Firebase. Please review those providers' own deletion processes separately.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Processing may take longer where additional verification, legal holds, or technical limitations apply. Where required by law, we will notify you of significant delays.

Withdrawing Individual Permissions

You do not need to delete your account to stop a specific data flow — you can revoke individual Android permissions (Notification Access, SMS, Contacts, Microphone, Location, Calendar) at any time via your device's Settings app, which limits or disables the related feature without affecting the rest of your account.
